Just recently we supplied a set of hose-reels and an umbilical winch to feed an offshore hydraulic piling hammer.

The hose reels have an capacity to spool 540 meter of 3” hydraulic hose and are fitted with an hydraulic swivel to pass the hydraulic oil.

The umbilical winch can spool 180 meter of umbilical wire.

The total weight of the system is roughly 60 ton. The complete spread is DNV-ST  271 and 273 certified for offshore handling.

EMCÉ winches did the all stages of engineering and fabrication in-house and final assembly and FAT was done at our IJmuiden facility.
